B.S. Family, Youth & Community Sciences – Asley believes that faith, service, and character development are catalysts for greatness. Those elements sustained him in moments of academic, personal, and professional hardships. From barely completing high school to graduating from the University of Florida with honors, his unique story inspires people to expand their capacity. His experiences as a college success coach, academic adviser, mentor, workshop facilitator, and college graduate fuels his dedication to help youth achieve and sustain success in a SIGNIFICANT way.
M.S. Leadership Development – Jose is a TWO-TIME First-Generation college graduate from the University of Florida. He was the first Hispanic from his county to get into UF, with a full ride scholarship. Jose grew up in a single-parent, low-income home environment raised by his father. Money was tight, education was the only way out of poverty. He firmly believes that to achieve success you must first achieve significance within. Throughout college Jose sought validation and affirmation through his long resume and accolades, in fact he lost himself. Today, he is committed to helping youth and young adults succeed through mentoring, speaking engagements, workshop facilitating, and coaching, and entrepreneurship training.
