Asley Pollas believes that faith, service, and character refinement are catalysts for greatness. Those elements sustained him in moments of academic, personal, and professional hardships. From barely completing high school to graduating from the University of Florida with honors, his unique story inspires people to expand their capacity. He values his faith in Jesus Christ as the most important aspect of his life. His experiences as a college success coach, academic adviser, mentor, workshop facilitator, and college graduate fuels his dedication to help youth take personal ownership and add value to their communities.

Jose is a graduate from Hamilton County High School, in Jasper, Florida. He is a Two-time, first-generation college graduate from the University of Florida. Jose received his B.S. in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership AND he also received his M.S. in Leadership Development. In addition to his degree, he also received a Certificate of Family Life Education, and he is a DiSC Certified Facilitator. Jose has 8+ years of experience in youth, community, and education development through his community involvement in Hamilton County and Gainesville, Florida.
